"After visiting Banyon temple in Cambodia, I wanted to have a copy of the face of  Jayavarman VII at home. I could not find it in Cambodia. I contacted  Stonelove and sent a few pictures of the original. I discussed dimensions and color and artistic design with them. The carving of both the face in the pedestal and the face of the king are as close to the original photos as I had hoped. They even recreated the lines in the face and in the pedestal giving it the appearance of multiple stones making up the sculpture instead of two large pieces of sandstone. I would anticipate, after 700 years of season changes, the colors and moss will likely make my pieces of art indistinguishable from the originals.
